I have been having problems with people parking on my lot, despite having a “no parking sign”. Not only was Megan quick to respond to me via their chat function, but someone from TJB promptly (within ten minutes) delivered to my house a “Private Parking: Towing Enforced” sign with the company name contact information on it. I have no doubts that should I need to call TJB, they’ll quickly respond and tow a car off of my lot.

We urge you to be careful about where you park – if you park in an unauthorized area, you can be towed, and you will be responsible for paying to get your car back. We tow unauthorized vehicles for the lot owners that ask for our services.
Although we provide towing services 24/7 our office is only open between the hours of 7-3 to pick up a vehicle that has been impounded. We can also set up a time after the office has closed for the day if we have someone available. Please give us a call when you are on the way to pick up even during office hours, so we can make sure that we have someone there to get you the car right away.
